I'm an active and driven professional with experiences of generating and building relationships, managing projects from concept to completion, working with clients to develop a full-scale public relations strategy and coaching individuals to success. Not only have I been a multimedia journalist for eight years, I have worked in customer service for more than a decade ranging from food and retail environments. I've held managerial duties at four companies to ensure operations remained within company’s targets.
